The Ultimate Free Lunch?…
Two of my favourite thinkers, physicist Lawrence Krauss and biologist Richard Dawkins often humorously discuss their views on Life, the Universe and Everything at Arizona State University’s Grady Gammage Auditorium. Great Sunday morning conversation IMO. Enjoy!
I’ve seen this excellent talk and I was almost sure it had been posted here at New Worlds before, perhaps deep in some comment thread. I searched for “Dawkins’ and found several pages of fascinating posts, but none with the video above. I did find a quite interesting comment thread on a post of six years ago that seems to pertain to many of the points raised in the video. It also introduces the lovely spiritual philosophy of Furniturism for I think the first time on these pages, thanks to His Holiness the Rev. Begemotya.

Yeah – an exact replay and I posted the first one too! I thought I’d seen similar anti-thick-as-a-brick talks, but a complete mental stutter? How redundant. Sorry! (Ah well – it IS worth a rewatch)
I’ll have to read about ‘furniturism’ – thanks for pointing out my blunder. Argh!

From one blunderer to another, we’ve all done it. The price of prolificity.
